For liquid foundations, use a foundation brush to “paint” on the foundation, then use a latex sponge to gently pat on your skin to absorb any excess makeup, and finish off with dusting on loose powder.

A. Tweezerman makes a wonderful product called Tweeze Soothing Crème that quickly absorbs to soothe and calm the skin after tweezing or waxing.
