SALES TAX
Sales tax will be charged only to orders shipping to a California address. Orders shipping to an address
within any other U.S. state will not be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING
Orders can take up to 3 Business days for processing. Free Shipping via UPS Ground with $75 minimum order. Use coupon code "freeship" when checking out.
We only ship within the US. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO boxes or addresses. In order to prevent delays and extra charges, please ensure
that the address provided is complete and accurate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In order to process returns, we must be notified via email at info@thebeautypalette.com so that we may give you further instructions in order to process your return. Do not mail your product back without first receiving return instructions from us.
We are happy to give full refunds according to the following guidelines:
- Orders must be cancelled within the first 24 hours of order placement.
- For hygienic reasons, refunds/returns are only accepted on unused and factory sealed products.
- Return product shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Defects must be taken up with the manufacturer of the product. Please contact us and we will forward the correct contact information to you.
